ARC Raiders drops you into the rough, scavenger-driven world of Speranza, where every trip to the surface feels like a gamble. "The Root of the Matter" is a good example of how the game mixes simple objectives with real pressure. You're sent out to grab an Experimental Seed Sample for Celeste, and while the task sounds easy on paper, actually pulling it off can get messy fast ARC Raiders Coins.

The quest points you toward the Research Building in Buried City, with the only real hint being a "room with a great view." That's where a lot of players get stuck at first. Buried City itself is already a hotspot—lots of good loot, but also constant danger from both ARCs and other players. The Research Building sits right in the middle of that chaos, so you should expect fights whether you want them or not.

Before heading in, it's smarter to keep your loadout light. There's a good chance you'll run into trouble, and losing expensive gear over a single quest item isn't worth it. The area around the building is usually patrolled by heavier ARC units, while tighter indoor spots can hide those explosive types that rush you the second you get close. If you've got a squad, this part is much easier, but solo runs are definitely doable if you move carefully.

Once you reach the building, the "great view" clue starts to make more sense. You're looking for a room with a large window facing the park area outside. The easiest route is to enter from that side, move down the main hallway, and take the first open room on the left. If you're in the right spot, you'll notice the big window almost immediately.

Inside, the objective is hard to miss. The seed vault is a yellow cylindrical container marked with hazard warnings. Interact with it, grab the sample, and you're technically done with the main task. The catch is getting out alive. The room is small, and fights here can get cramped quickly, especially if other players show up at the same time.

It helps to stay quiet while you're inside. Loud weapons can draw attention, and in a building like this, that usually means trouble. Clear the room first, check corners, and only grab the sample once you're sure you're not about to get jumped. If things go wrong, the nearby zip lines give you a quick way to reposition or escape.

After you have the sample, you don't have to rush straight out, but it's usually the safer choice. The northern subway exit tends to be one of the cleaner ways to leave if you avoid lingering in open areas too long. Just keep an eye out for ambushes and those explosive enemies near stairwells.

The rewards aren't flashy, but they matter. Turning in the sample helps you build progress with Celeste, which opens up better trades and keeps your gear options improving. More importantly, the quest teaches you how to read locations, move efficiently, and decide when to fight or back off—skills you'll need for pretty much everything else in the game ARC Raiders Coins for sale.

A lot of players overthink the riddle at first, checking every window they see. In reality, it's much simpler once you know what to look for. It's just one specific room with a clear view over the park, and once you've found it once, it becomes easy to repeat.

This quest is less about difficulty and more about awareness. It pushes you into a high-traffic area and forces you to deal with whatever happens there. If you can get in, grab the sample, and make it out consistently, you're already playing the game the way it's meant to be played.
