Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG: PREMIUM GOLD

Premium Gold includes some of the greatest hits from the old Gold Series sets, adds a ton of new cards, and introduces the new GOLD SECRET card rarity!

Until now, Gold Rare Cards have only been available through a limited number of stores. ButPremium Gold* will be available everywhere that you normally buy the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. Gold Rares for everyone!!

Gold Rares are the king of bling: Gold card frames, Gold art box frames, Gold text box frames, Gold card names, and (for monsters) Gold level stars!

The new GOLD SECRETS take all of that and add a Secret Rare Card’s textured foil pattern on top of it.

Premium Gold will be sold in small boxes, each of which will contain 3 mini-packs. Each 5-cardPremium Gold* mini-pack contains 2 Gold Secrets and 3 Gold Rares.

Each Gold Secret will be either a brand new, never-before-seen card, or one of the legendary God Cards from the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series!

The 3 Gold Rares in each mini-pack come in two varieties. One of the Gold Rares is a card never released as a Gold Rare before. The other 2 Gold Rares are some of the most popular Gold Rares from previous Gold Series sets (with updated Problem-Solving Card Text, of course).

Premium Gold* boxes (MSRP $14.99) each contain 3 mini-packs, for a total of 15 cards: 6 Gold Secrets and 9 Gold Rares.

This release is tentatively scheduled for March 28, 2014.

C'est donc officiel, l'année 2014 sera bien l'arrivée des Gold Secret Rare.

Elles seront comme pour les traditionnelles Gold Rare disponible uniquement dans un pack incluant 3 mini-packs, chacun contenant 2 Gold Secret et 3 Gold.
Chaque Gold Secret sera une carte jamais éditée auparavant ou une des cartes les plus légendaires des précédents Gold Pack. Les 3 Gold quant à elles seront des rééditions d'anciennes Gold populaires.

(Note : ces deux cartes sont uniquement des images d'illustration de la nouvelle rareté, aucune annonce concernant une éventuelle sortie de ces cartes dans ce pack n'a été faite.)

Le prix public conseillé de ce pack est de 14,99 USD (donc 14,99€), pour 6 Gold Secret et 9 Gold. Plutôt intéressant quand on sait qu'un Gold Pack les années précédentes coutait en moyenne 25€ pour 3 cartes Gold. Sortie annoncée pour le 28 mars 2014 aux USA.

Each 5-card pack (MSRP $3.99) contains 1 Secret Rare and 4 Super Rare cards.

This release is tentatively scheduled for April 25, 2014.
